Ideally located just a 2-minute walk from Canons Park tube station, the centre provides easy access to central London via the Jubilee Line, just three stops from Wembley Park. The location is also conveniently connected to major roadways, including the M1 and A406 North Circular Road, and is within easy reach of Heathrow Airport.
Our office spaces range in size from 111sf to 1500sf, providing flexible options to accommodate both growing teams and established businesses. Each space is designed with functionality in mind, offering a professional setting that promotes productivity and collaboration. At Stanmore Business & Innovation Centre, we are committed to supporting the growth and success of our tenants. Our dedicated management team is always on hand to help, from sharing information on local funding opportunities to organizing networking events that connect businesses with potential partners and clients. Internet / Telecoms as below:
Shared Internet with VoIP, DDI plus Handset plus 3000 UK landline and mobile calls is £65pcm plus VAT. Additional extension with Mobile and PC app is @11pcm plus VAT. Dedicated internet services are available from £120+VAT pcm. An IP address is £10pcm plus VAT and is required for dedicated networks. 
 
Parking arrangements: 
Parking permit for 1 x registered vehicle(s) to 'access to bays' is included on a first come, first served basis only. Additional parking will be charged at £100pcm + VAT. Also, there is unrestricted parking in the vicinity (not on the estate).
