Wilderspool Park
Once part of the warehouses and halls of Greenall's Brewery, Wilderspool Park in Stockton Heath is made up of four unique and historical buildings which cater for everyone from start up businesses looking for a small studio through to large established brands in search of a bigger home. Choose from managed, serviced or even virtual offices meaning we can work with you to create a tailor-made space, or you can move right into one set-up and ready to go.
Brewhouse, Malt Building, and Quayside offer characterful open plan commercial office suites which have been fully refurbished to an excellent standard, many of which still have original features including exposed brickwork, high beamed ceilings and sash windows. Our fourth building, Whitehouse, provides affordable serviced offices, perfect for start-ups, entrepreneurs and SMEs to grow and thrive.
All offices come with superfast internet and there is car parking, a business lounge, an on-site cafe, meeting rooms and reception facility.
The site is steeped in history thanks to its rich roots in the brewing industry. Bought by Thomas Greenall in 1786, it was transformed into a thriving business, placing Warrington on the map. By 1791, Greenall’s was the largest brewery in the North West, mainly due to the accessibility of locally grown grain and Warrington’s transport connections. As the town’s largest employer, the brewery had close ties with the public and is a legacy which lives on today.
Located just a stone’s throw from the vibrant village of Stockton Heath, Wilderspool Business Park is close to a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
