Aerodrome Studios is an air conditioned two floor property across two buildings with office suites, studios and workshops in Dorset. It comprises of 27,800 sq. ft. of flexible workspace and is ideal for SMEs and entrepreneurs working in the area.

The Centre was built in the 1980s and provides modern open plan accommodation. The ground floor is configured to provide workshop and lab space, whereas offices and studios can be found in both the ground and the first floor of our Centre. The workshops have their own external access, while the offices are all accessed and share communal facilities.

An average office size is generally ranging between 100 - 500 sq. ft. and is provided with air-conditioning. Workshops normally range between 350 and 1,400 sq. ft. In total we offer 135 free parking spaces in our Business Centre, while our flexible license agreements are inclusive of insurance, telecoms, external repairs, maintenance, gas heating and water utility costs!

Our workshops are also designed so that they can easily be converted into office space.
