We look after the cost of Gas, Electricity and Water. In addition, we also supply the everyday stuff, like Tea, Coffee and Milk and the occasional treat! We also cover the cost of cleaning all the communal areas. Each desk has free use of the shared ethernet and wifi connection. We also have a private Dark Fibre connection into the building.
