The coworking movement gains momentum in Hampshire. The county is the base of numerous renowned names and a magnet location for new businesses. It is the region with favourable working and living conditions, vast talent pool, diverse economy and superb transport infrastructure. The demand for coworking spaces in Hampshire continuously increases, and there are numerous reasons for that. The number of solo-entrepreneurs in the county exceeded the point of 100 thousand people. More than 16% of local employees are working on a freelance basis. A significant amount of businesses offer their workers remote jobs. As approximately 80% of the county is rural, many of home workers are living outside of the large metropolises. Although freelancing makes it feasible to perform tasks from any part of the region, very often people are looking for an alternative. Coworking spaces have entered the commercial real estate market of Hampshire to meet the workersโ needs in flexible office solutions. Preserving all the facilities of a traditional work suite, they offer an ultimately different style of working. This style lies in the possibility to change the four walls of your apartment in favour of collaboration and socialization with other initiatives.
