Kent is slowly but surely growing its coworking scene. Nowadays there are over 35 shared offices that offer a variety of rental packages starting from fully serviced venues to the community-lead coworking spaces. There are many reasons for the popularity of Kent as a business location. Firdst - location. Kent is situated within the London commuter belt, which makes all of its cities easily accessible from the capital by both road and rail. Moreover, Kent has more motorways by distance than any other county in the UK with a part of M25 running through it. Pay attention to the price. London is becoming more expensive every month. Running a business and living in the capital has become a luxury that only a few startups can afford. Thatโs why most of the locations in the London commuter belt compete for the capitalโs overspill. Kent shows great performance in this competition, as recent studies show a great demand for both residential and commercial property in the county.Choose a high-quality office space. Regardless of the location, business owners expect exceptional service and top-notch amenities from the office providers. Offices in Kent are keen on providing outstanding facilities. Moreover, even large business centres tend to focus on companies from one sector, which makes their target audience more narrow and easier to cater to.
Or look at the local municipality initiatives. The local authorities in Kent are keen on attracting new industries to the area. The districts close to the M25 received a lot of clients from the knowledge-intensive sectors that value proximity and accessibility to the capital. And local initiatives ensured a stable inflow of knowledge-intensive branches.
