Start advertising your lease

How do I list my workspace on MatchOffice?

First you need to register as a landlord. Go to: List your office. After filling in the registration form, you can proceed with listing your workspace by clicking “Create a new lease”, and then fill in the relevant information about your workspace including location, area, price, facilities, description, pictures, etc. When the lease has been created, you change the ad's status to "active", afterwards the ad appears on Matchoffice.co.uk. If this is the first time you create a listing, we must manually approve your profile before the ad is activated. You will receive an email from us as soon as your profile has been approved.

What does it cost to advertise my lease on MatchOffice?

We offer several payment models. See our prices here. The most popular payment model is our ‘No cure-no pay’ principle: You only pay a referral fee on 12.5% of the first years base rent, if one of our referrals results in a lease.

If you are already a landlord

What do I do if I forgot my password?

On the login page for landlords, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link. All you have to do is enter your e-mail, and you will receive an e-mail from us, from which you will be able to change your password.

How do I activate a lease?

If it is the first lease you have created at Matchoffice.com we must approve and activate the lease for you. Your lease will be activated the same day it has been created if it’s within office hours. If you have previously created a lease, you can log in and activate the lease yourself by changing the status to "active" next to the individual lease.

What should I do when renting a lease?

If you have rented your lease to a tenant referred by MatchOffice, you simply go into the individual lease and change the status to "rented". Then enter the requested information. If the lease is not referenced by MatchOffice, you change the status to "disabled" and then enter the required information.

Why can't I upload pictures / floor plans to my lease?

Images and/or floor plans must be in JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP or TIF format for upload. Pictures must be min. 900 pixels in width and min. 600 pixels in height.

Why can't I upload my prospectus?

A prospectus must be in PDF format in order to be attached to the lease. The prospectus must not exceed a maximum of 25 MB.

Why should the price for rent be stated as “Price / year / m2” and not ” Price per month"?

When you enter annual rent per m2 in our system, the system will automatically calculate the price per month shown on the ad. Do you only know the price per month, then you can convert the price to annual rent and divide by the number of square meters, to get the price per m2.

Example: The monthly rent is 10,000 [Currency] The lease is 120 m2.

Annual rent per m2 is calculated as: [Currency] 10,000 x 12 months = [Currency] 120,000 / 120 m2 = [Currency] 1,000 per m2. You must therefore enter the annual rent per m2 as 1,000 [Currency].

What can I do to get my lease rented out faster?

It is important you give a good and adequate impression of the lease. At MatchOffice we have developed a scoring system called Quality Score which can help you improve the quality of your lease at MatchOffice. In addition, you can become a MatchOffice Partner. We cannot guarantee that an improvement of the Quality Score or becoming a partner will give you a rental agreement immediately, but it will get you some of the way.

For how long will a client lead be considered a MatchOffice lead?

As a default, a client lead from MatchOffice expires after 12 months, but it depends on the client, the lease and the landlord.

How do I view my enquiries?

You receive client enquiries from us via email and/or SMS. You can also view all your enquiries under “Clients” tab in your profile. Please note that we send you notifications about potential clients who have submitted an enquiry directly through your ad, and also "extra leads" – these are potential clients who have shown interest in similar workspaces to yours.

How do I deactivate my profile?
